Railing & handrail design options are vast, clients have free choice of many decorative components including scrollwork, hoop-tops, railheads & glass panel infills, along with a wide variety of metalwork finish options. All designs can be supplied as with matching gates etc. as required.

For some commercial customers, product design may take secondary importance to their overall boundary securing properties. ADMS can aid with the comprehensive design of anti-intruder devices, wall top security, palisade & boundary edge fencing.

MANUAL & AUTOMATED GATES

Wrought iron gates & fencing are an attractive method of achieving boundary security, transforming the appearance of any property where installed correctly.  Gates are often the first thing a guest see’s before entering a development, it’s essential they’re visually pleasing and provide the desired level of privacy.
AD Metalwork Solutions offer all clients a bespoke gate design service, our recent portfolio consisting of both classic & contemporary designs including: manual estate, driveway & pedestrian gates, tracked & cantilever sliding gates, bi-folding gates, mesh insert, safety top & industrial security gates, all with or without automation options.

All gates are fabricated in-house using heavy duty materials ensuring maximum security and quality alike. Our customers receive an instant upgrade on all orders, exceeding industry standards by offering hot-dip galvanized and powder coated finished products versus competitor budget grade primed and painted. The aesthetic comparison speaks for itself and also massively increases the longevity of our items.

Once manufactured, gates are delivered to site and can upon request be fixed by our experienced installation team. Manual gates are hung with or without fixing posts and secured using eye-bolt fixings for easy adjustments and durable hinges.
Sites accepting automated gates can be excavated, electrical installations conducted and gates fully commissioned by our CAME trained team. Including the additional fitting of access control devices such as audio / digital video intercom systems, electric strike locks, magnetic and push-pad latches or even turnstiles.

BALUSTRADE & HANDRAIL

Balustrade is fast becoming one of the most frequently produced items by AD Metalwork Solutions, both internal and external design varieties supplied to client specification.
Manufactured from the clients desired material choice, 304/316 grade stainless steel or mild steel options are available, with decorative feature bar work, laser etched screens or glass panelling (BSEN12150) as desired.
All orders are made to measure, any size or length compliant with current building regulations & NHBC guidelines. Full installation packages available where required. All balustrades fixed using industry standard resin anchor fixings & clamps as appropriate.

We also produce an equally diverse range of handrail systems. Large or small, wall mounted or fixed to the floor, with or without posts & infill panels, every order eventuality can be catered for.
All external mild steel designs are galvanized (to BS EN ISO 1461:2009) and powder coated to ensure product longevity and minimal ongoing maintenance, installed in  continuous or intermittent sections, using convex, flat, round or ornate mild steel bar as desired.
An alternative 42.4mm OD stainless steel Tube system can be offered with flat, domed or tapered end caps, available in both 304 and 316 grades to accommodate both indoor and outdoor applications.

PORCHES AND CANOPIES

Our inhouse design team work closely alongside architects, structural engineers and project managers, to ensure every porch or canopy unit manufactured is of the highest quality, installed on time and within budget.
Our dedicated fitting team work coherently with other trades on site when installing canopy and porch units. Ensuring provisions for bricklayers, carpenters, tilers, roofers etc are always considered.
AD Metalwork Solutions design and supply products to complement a broad variety of architectural periods whilst equally ensuring build specifications are adhered.
Existing designs are available in sizes to accommodate the most typical door and window openings however, as every fabrication is made to order, we can create entirely bespoke sizes to suit any opening or space upon request.
Recent bespoke designs including partially glazed entrance canopies, waterproof wrought iron verandas to large decked terraces, steel entrance porches with supporting posts and timber-clad faces, walkout balconies,  decorative canopies and a wide variety of public transport and communal area shelters.

JULIET & STRUCTURAL BALCONIES

AD Metalwork Solutions offer clients a diverse range of quality Juliet Balcony designs.

Frames manufactured in choice of material, either 316 grade stainless or solid mild steel.  Balconies range from full ironwork designs, decorative & elaborate with hand fabricated feature bars, to modern seamless stainless steel handrails and custom floating glazed panels.

All balconies are fabricated to order (so can be scrupulously manufactured to client specification) are effortlessly low maintenance, load tested & building regulations compliant. Furthermore upon request, full structural design calculations can also be provided.

Balconies supplied are by no means limited to Juliet’s alone, ADMS manufacture and install structural components including beams, brackets & channels along with both steel & glass balustrade systems for walk out cantilever balconies, terraces and roof gardens to principal contractor design requirements.

STAIRCASES, WALKWAYS & FIRE ESCAPES

AD Metalwork Solutions understand that every custom walkway, staircase and fire escape projects demand a unique level of design consideration & manufacturing precision.
Therefore we strive to assist every contractor with our expert advice, fabrication knowledge and installation solutions for such projects, partnered with helpful customer service every step of the way.

Our inhouse design team work closely alongside architects, structural engineers and project managers to ensure that every custom unit manufactured is of the highest quality, installed on time and within budget.

All work produced by our skilled team of fabricators is of the highest standard, we offer industry accredited coded welding services and are fully building regulations compliant.

Custom access projects include fabrication of a variety of metal components, along with the option of open mesh or anti slip GRP flooring choices amongst others.
Upon request structures are galvanised to extend life and provide protective anti-corrosive properties, with an optional final powder coating treatment (to RAL colour of choice).

STRUCTURAL STEEL

From simple supply only universal beams, to complex steel frame superstructures, AD Metalwork Solutions are fully equipped to source, fabricate and supply all types of structural steel work to serve commercial client requirements.

All steel is sourced from our pool of trusted suppliers and material quality certificates obtained for client O&M hand-over packs. From our Midlands workshop we cut the appropriate materials to size, drilling, bolting and fabricating beams with the addition of steel plates & angle to design.

At client request we then paint or galvanise the structural steel beams in order to protect and preserve them and once complete, orders are delivered to site. Upon request ADMS can offer clients a complete installation package, by our team of experienced steel erectors. Structural steel sections can be safely offloaded and lifted into position by Crane. We provide all necessary fixings and can offer skilled site welding as required and within any agreed time-frame.
